I'm currently experiencing a problem with my Kindle 4. I connected it to my laptop yesterday to transfer several ebooks (mobi format). For some reason, ALL of the stored ebooks in my Kindle got lost. The collections remain but they now have zero content. However, when I check the device in my laptop, the folder still contains all of the books. They just don't show up on the device itself. Have you experienced a problem like this? How should I resolve this? I've transferred ebooks this way before and experienced no problems in the past, just now. Thanks!
