I'm in year 10 and go to an all girls school. I've seen people bring kindles to school before but I'm just wondering whether it would be safe.So part of the school (everyone from year 9-12) have laptops (given to us from the nsw govt.), year 7s and 8s have iPads (which they paid for) and I have a laptop and nobody has tried to steal it (but I take good care of it and don't leave it lying around). Almost everyone owns a smartphone so do you think there's much of a chance of my getting stolen? Is it safe?
