I got a kindle fire for my birthday over a week ago and I have had issues since then with the screen. When I try to look at the details of a book, the page freezes and never loads. I can't even get to the details page. Now, I got help from Kindle and they said it was a defect. I sent it back and they gave me a replacement. This one has the same problem. I've reset it two times. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and if they had another solution. If not, I'll have to call them again.
