There's this kid in my class who's recently been using his kindle during class, and even during lessons and the teacher doesn't say anything, despite the fact that he's basically ignoring what she's saying to learn about what he's interested in (he was reading somethimg lol).
So basically, I'm wondering if I'd be allowed to use my phone during class, for the same purpose, such as reading articles, and learning stuff from Wiki, since I find ELA boring.
Added (1). Nope, he is actually pretty smart, and the teacher looks at him using it and doesn't say anything. Same thing during lunch.
