I just ordered a kindle e-book on Amazon for $2.99 and the credit card it was paid with was recently deactivated. I didn't choose to pay with that card, it just decided to pay using the card. I received the e-book, but no money has been taken from my account. What's going to happen? Will they contact me asking for another payment option or should I contact them?
