I got it at radio shack. i'm not having much luck with the first generation kindle fire's. i sent 2 kindle fires back to amazon and got a new one than that one went to heck and i sent that back to.im getting sick of them breaking and i have to send it back than waiting for awhile than have to re download my apps.
