Theres a small black dot at the bottom of my kindle screen and i was wondering if theres any way to fix it? i've tried restarting it by holding the button down for 30 seconds but that didn't help
Some people have suggested i contact amazon and ask for a replacement, but if i do that will i still be able to keep all the books i've bought? can i just put them onto the new kindle or will i have to buy them again?
