Let's say it's a good novel (btw, I'm helping my friend publish and she was unable to find an agent)
and it gets many readers to the point you become "popular"
if you do, can an agent find you and help you publish traditionally? or will you always be limited to kindle publishing? Can you raise the price if it becomes popular?
