It is out of batteries, and it will not charge. I plugged it in over night and it keeps telling me to plug it in. This happened before and i sent it in to Amazon and i got a new one. The old one lasted for almost 9 months, while the new one only lasted a week or two. The cable seems loose. Will they let me send it in again? Any advice? Thanks!
