I need something that has 3G, so that i can browse the web anywhere, if thats possible. Also i would like something that i can put apps on. I don't want to pay for a data plan for it. I'm not sure if what i want is out there but i thought i'd ask.

ps, i have an ipod touch (which has apps but no 3G) and a kindle (which has 3G but it isnt good for browsing and has no apps, also it is in black and white)
