I have a kindle fire and i convert videos to the kindle format and transfer them so i can watch things when i'm not home. Normally i can put at least 5 40 min videos on it at one time. I have 5 gb to use and i never fill it. I tried to transfer videos to it today and it says that the storage is full.So i checked all the folders and there is nothing on the device to fill that space.My only theory is that the kindle did not comprehend that i erased the previous videos. Any suggestions on how to fix my issue.
Added (1). I know where my videos go and how much space is used. I just don't know how to fix kindle glitch problems.
