I'm reading and thinking I might like one of the new Kindle HD tablets. The 8.9" has 4G and LTE. If I have a home network and a router etc.Is it mandatory to purchase the annual LTE fee? Will it simply operate on my WIFI? I don't want to do movies or TV on it, But I do want to be able to download from the Amazon app store. Thanks,
