I bought a book on my kindle but it's stuck in the archives saying I need an update first. I installed the update with no problem but it won't give me my book! It still says the same message about needing an update. I have triple checked and it's updated to version 5.1.2. I have no idea what to do and it's driving me nuts! I've checked the trouble shooting info and it says not updated but I know it is. Please help!
