My Kindle 4 is frozen on System Diags and I cant connect it to my laptop it gets detected (makes the sound and installed new drivers) but I cant find it on computer.Is there any way to fix both of those problems (if I find out how to unfreeze my kindle I should be able to connect it to my laptop and it should work perfectly)
