I have the fire hd. All I can say after reading for about 15 min is major eye strain! Should I return it while I still can and grab a paperwhite?
I thought I was going to use it for netflix and prime instant video. However, all of this Verne and Hemingway has got my imagination running wild. I no longer care for netflix; I just finished reading Verne's, "The Mysterious Island." Now that I see the paperwhite supports stylus, I'm seriously considering it.
It's not about money (okay a maybe) a little, but mostly space. If I had a house, the first thing I would do is dedicate a huge bookcase and restore my library in paper.
