So I received a kindle fire as a gift(it was bought in store) and I was wondering if there was a way to tell if it was the newer updated one vs the older version? The copyright date on the box is 2012 but I assume they were still making the older versions in early 2012.
I read the newer ones have ads, i don't see ads on this.
