I found it on a cover for Amazon's Kindle Paperwhite made by a 2nd party, a company calling this product ' Fintie SmartShell Case for Kindle Paperwhite.'
A Google search was useless BUT did have a great many images that matched the cover design that had this phrase, 'Via Vee' and, separately, 'Septentrio.' They were all 'vintage' map designs and were on everything from ladies' wallets to guitar cases.
Anyone have any info?
