It is a kindle fire hdx 7 my mom bought it for me last christmas but she didnt purchase a warranty. The screen slightly responds to touch but I cant unlock it, the most I can do is accidentally zoom.It has had issues in the past with freezing and telling me I didnt have any books music or apps but I could fix those with a little time. It has also had issues in the past responding to touch and downloading content. My mom bought it through amazon so I was wondering if they would replace it?
