Ok so I've had my kindle for a couple of years now a haven't used it in a few months. I've been charging t for a couple hours an the green light shows but it will not turn on and on the screen a battery shows with like a red bar on it like a low battery sign. WHAT'S HAPPENING?!
I tried holding down the power button for 30 secs an that didn't work please help. Thank you
