For some reason the thing just won't charge. I gave her a new charger (I got it from my portable battery pack which I just got a few weeks ago) and it just won't detect the charger, sometimes you even have the wiggle the charger until it actually detects it. I know it's not the charger because it will charge my portable battery pack all day without it breaking, but I have no idea how to fix it.
