Received a new Kindle Fire for my birthday and have been spending the last two days on the phone with Amazon, Verizon, and Netgear. I don't know my password as a friend set it up years ago and I can't locate him. Netgear want to charge $40.00 to give me the info, which I think is horrendous charge for one question. Can anyone out there help me?
