I just published a novel on Kindle's eBook store and was informed upfront that I would have a window of time to give copies of my eBook upon publishing. I owe several financiers copies of my book, including physical and digital copies, and I would rather not pay extra for digital copies of my own book.
Does anyone know where to receive promo codes as the project's author? The only place I have found to send the novel as a gift states that I have to pay full price for it.
