My parents laptop and hand held devices have no problem with the internet connection. But me and my brothers computer and hand held devices will connect for like 30 seconds and disconnect and then reconnect. Only on me and my bro stuff not my parents.My parents have two laptops and my dad has a PC. Both have phones and my mom has a kindle fire and my dad has an iPod touch.Me and my bro has PC and phones. I don't understand it. I tried unplugging the router and modem for 30 seconds ands it worked for an hour or two. We just got this internet service and they gave us a modem. We used the router before its fine. Thanks
