My Kindle Fire is fully charged. You know if you shut it off all the way how when you turn it on, it takes you to the screen that says Kindle Fire and you wait for it to get to the unlock screen. Mine won't get to the unlock screen.It is in the Kindle Fire screen for about one minute, turns black, then restarts. HELP!
