Hi I just bought a lap top with windows 8 on it. And im trying to access the Internet but my family says I can't download or run my apps because they have limited data.So how can I turn them all off because when I turned it on one day they all started running.Im trying to turn them all off. I still what them on my computer. I just don't want them running while im using my family's internet. And once there off how do I know that they are off? I don't want to go check my email one day then find that my kindle app or Netflix app running.
