My Dad bought my Kindle Fire fro the Virgin Megastore in Dubai. However, now it has broken and I wrote to Amazon saying I was entitled a refund, but they replied by saying that the laws only applied to products bought in the UK. But in the letter Amazon didn't say anything about the One Year Warranty, I am still covered on. The Kindle Fire was bought on the 29th April 2012.So I have still got time to return my Kindle Fire. I am entitled to repair/refund/replacement, and should I write to them again? Thank You
