Ok so I have a kindle fire (NOT HD) and i've put videos on it and have used the amazon prime thing to watch the zombieland series and now I have 371.7 MB of space on it and there is nothing in it. I use ES explorer on my kindle and there is nothing in the movies or the videos folder and I plugged it into my computer and there is still nothing is those folder, i've deleted a bunch of useless stuff and there is still the 371 mb still there and I cant find any help or support online and I don't want to factory reset.any help??? Please this is really frustrating and if you could respond ASAP that would be very awesome of you.
