On Craigslist I sold a MacBook to someone a few states away. The agreement we made was $500, a Kindle, and iPad 3.
The buyer sent me the $500 over Paypal (and it cleared; no problem there) and I shipped them the MacBook. Then they told me they had shipped the Kindle and iPad.
It's been a few months… I haven't recieved either, and they aren't responding to any emails.
Is there any way I can pursue this?
