Ok so I was on my kindle fire listening yup music and I got off to play football then I plug it up to charge it then my mom unplugs it when i'm gone then like 2 days later my mom charges it and it saturated at the kindle fire screen when it stats up and it did nothing besides say kindle fire then they ask what did u do with it I sayed nothing they said why is it like this I sayed IDK then they asked Amazon for a new one and we have it but do u think I will get that one I did absolutely nothing to it
