Whenever I try to play mp4 video files on the Kindle Fire (these are videos that I got off of Prime), it will just sit there with a black screen with the loading wheel turning, and nothing else. I've looked online for similar problems, but everyone seems to have a problem with the whole thing crashing. This is not the case, as I can just back out. I can still do everything else on the Fire except for playing my movies! Any advice?
