Unless it is plugged into the charger but it doesn't say it is charging and when I cut it on it will say 50% battery then ill restart it and it will say 0% battery and it just goes back and forth doing that the battery symbol in the top right corner will also just disappear and I tryed a different charger and it still did it and I also did a factory reset but that didn't help either I have seen people say online that there different kind of kindle has done this and there were ways to fix it but i don't know how to do this…
