I charge my Kindle Fire HD 8.9 inch all night long.from 10-8.when i wake up in the morning the battery is only at 68%! and the battery is like, gone in an hour! i called customer sevice and they literally gave me no help but the fact that they want to send me a new one.could someone help me figure out why this is happening so i dont have to get a new one? thanks:)
