My mom just got a Kindle Fire HD and we cannot figure out where our apps are.
We click on them from the amazon website and it says we have them in our app library, but they aren't there!
Please help, we've restarted it and everything. We go to the other app store and try to get them from there but it tells us that we already own the app and to look for it in our library but they don't show up!
So frustrated, please help.
