I'm looking at a used 1st-Generation Kindle.It seems to be stuck on a page that shows a dictionary definition of "Kindle", with an illustration of an open book.
I've never owned a Kindle. How do I figure out whether this one is broken, or just needs someone who knows what buttons to press to make it work?
