Why do people care if sports athletes take a knee for the national anthem? - 1

I'm all for it, anyone with half a brain knows that these players that take a knee aren't doing it to diss the soldiers, but to protest against police brutality which is a huge problem in this country. Then again I forgot that there are a ton of really stupid people in this joke of a country. These same stupid people fail to realize that the US is the laughing stock of the world. Many police officers here have no business working at McDonald's much less being sworn in to protect my fellow citizens. And I hope that one day every corrupt and terrible officer gets shot in the face because they deserve to die. I regularly use American flags as kindling in my fireplace and will continue to do so until this country is no longer an utter joke. I hope a nuclear bomb from North Korea hits this country in order for all these stupid citizens to wake up and realize what a joke we're.

What bothers me most is when people say that kneeling is disrespecting the soldiers who fight for my freedom. Well if this was a FREE country, I should be FREE to protest whenever the f u c k I want. And the first amendment of the constitution clearly states that I'm allowed to.

I accidentally bought an iPhone 4 not realizing that Apple doesn't support it anymore. I'm looking at all the iPhones I can realistically afford on my fixed income that are still supported. IPhone 6 is $160 on eBay for a refurbished unlocked one. However I'm not buying it if I can't pursue one of my favorite hobbies, ie reading, on it. So is iPhone 6 on Amazon Kindle's list of supported phones?

Is a kindle fire 7 tablet with ads suitable for my 2 year old niece?

As a Christmas present for my niece i bought a 8gb kindle fire tablet off amazon yesterday for $30 since it was a cyber monday sale. I also bought a shockproof case and glass screen protector for $20. Was it a mistake to get it with the special offers if it's for my niece or should i hold off and pay amazon $15 to remove the ads before I give it to her? I got it because my brother complains that she uses his phone more than him and is prone to calling people with it by mistake.

What is this behavior called?

I got a Kindle for my birthday and showed it to my friend. She doesn't like to read, but she liked the Kindle, and the next time I saw her, she had a one, too - the fancier version, with the color touch screen and everything; she never uses it. The same thing happened when I got an iPod; I had one, so she had to have one, too, and I've never known her to use it. I thought the word for it was "petty," but the definition doesn't seem to match up with my situation.
