I'm a 19-year-old man with a lot of pent-up rage and I think the only way to kindle it is through aggression. I don't want to smash something expensive like a car because that's obviously not a smart thing to do and I can't beat up my sister because it's against the law for a man to beat up a girl (although there are times where I want to beat girls to a pulp whenever they piss me off). I just want to know if there's a way to beat anyone up without getting the authorities involved.
