I cannot get internet access even though it says I'm connected?


I've tried restarting the modem and all my devices, but it's been this way for almost a day. My iPhone, Macbook, Kindle, and Roku are all having the same issue. I don't know if it's a service issue, or if the modem is dead - the lights are all lighting up the way they're supposed to. I've exhausted all the options I can think of, any help or ideas would be appreciated!
