I recently did a default factory reset - where it deletes everything and it is like when you first get the kindle. That was only about a week ago. Now apps I have downloaded will show up in the carousel or device and cloud sections for a while, but then a little while later they will disappear. I search them in the app store and it says open instead of download and all of my information is still there, so I know that's it's still downloaded. Why do they keep disappearing? Am I going to have to reset my kindle again?
