My Kindle Fire HD screen was damaged due to someone dropping it, and though it is within the 1 Year Warranty Amazon support told me it couldn't be replaced due to it being outside the 30 day after purchase (To be honest I could hardly understand customer support) and I was told I would have to purchase a new device.It was purchased at Best Buy, so does anyone know if I could bring it to them and see if they could fix my screen? I don't care about paying for repairs, only that my screen is fixed due to the fact I have most of my college textbooks rented on it =(
