Am planning to send my aunt in UK a gift(laptop) from USA. the laptop is about $600, so am not sure if i have to pay tax here or she has to pay when she pick it up.last time when i sent her kindle they didn't charge me a tax.so am wandering do i have to pay now or how does tax stuff work
