I'm about to get a Kindle Fire HD and I want to know how many books a it can hold. Also, can anybody tell me how many apps, music, and videos too? Thanks.

Can you redownload a kindle ebook?
I have a kindle app on my android and never used it. I'm thinking of downloading some books. If the phone is lost can I replace it?

How long does a Kindle Fire last?
I had a Kindle Keyboard that broke after very little usage, and I want to know if all Kindles and/or Kindle Fires do the same.

How would you feel if accidentally deleted your story?
I was writing my story on a pretty good app on my kindle fire and when I was trying to delete an app next to it I deleted the app my story was on and my story is gone. I'm a little crushed because I feel like it was going really good and I won't be able to cover it word for word. I kind of also feel like it might bring an opportunity to improve my story and make it even better.
Added (1). I had the prologue saved on a different file so I put that on the app and backed it up to a pdf file.

Kindle continuously restarting itself?
I got a Kindle for Christmas this year (I think it might be the Kindle Paperwhite? Not sure on that… ) and it has been perfectly fine until about a week ago when it started to reboot itself all the time.
Every single time I turn the kindle on to start reading, a little message pops up that the Kindle is "gathering information and it may take a few minutes" and then it proceeds to restart itself. I checked to see if it needed to be updated, which it doesn't, and I have no cases or any extra accessories for my Kindle.
Any idea what's wrong with it or how I can fix it?

I don't really like the interface. I like all the hardware.It's just the limitations. I heard about Breaddroid but is that tested for 7.2.3? Trying to do this tonight so plz respond soon.

My Kindle Fire won't lock?
It unlocks, if I leave the screen to time out but it won't lock or shut down.It just started doing this last night and I have no clue as to why.
Please someone help? It's only 2 months old!

I'm really disappointed with myself for buying a kindle fire--such an annoying little thing. Somehow I think I'll be fine the rest of my life if I wipe/sell all of this stuff and default to a non smart phone, learn to read maps, and buy the cheapest ultrabook I can find.
What about you? Could you live with just a simple phone and ultrabook?
