Any Kindle users out there? - 1

I just bought the Kindle 6" E-ink display (black) for $69.Is it worth it? How long did yours last without any problems or before it just broke? I've heard of the screen just going black before and kaput that's it, so tell me your story!

Time to back off on potty training?

We've been working on potty training my 3 1/2 year old son for almost 3 months and getting nowhere. He loves to sit on the potty because he gets to do special activities (coloring, books, games on kindle, etc.) and will sit for two hours if we let him! He gets a hershey kiss if he wets or goes BM in the potty. We use pull ups at nap and bedtime and he is usually dry when he gets up, and he tells us if he's wet his pants or when he actually goes in the potty, so he's showing all the signs that he's ready. However, he wets his underwear 3-5 times a day! I know I'm supposed to keep it positive, and my husband and I are really starting to get frustrated. Should I back off and try again later? Anyone use pull ups for potty training instead of big kid underwear? I know it's not best, but my floor and couches can't take much more scrubbing…
Added (1). Also-- he hasn't needed physical therapy, but he does have low muscle tone. Could this make the training harder?
Added (2). The low muscle tone was diagnosed by a physical therapist. She said it is only mild, so he does not need therapy.

Will the kindle edition let me download a book to my computer as well?

So here is my question: i just bought a book off amazon, and the only digital option it gave me was a kindle edition.so i puchased it thinking it would allow me to download a pdf doc to my computer.well unfortunately it only looks like it wants me to download it straight from my kindle instead… well that's great except my kindle is probably over the pacific ocean about now.anybody know a way to download it to my computer?

Does anyone have an Amazon Kindle and read a book that contains pictures or diagrams? many of the books i read include diagrams and i want to be sure they'll appear in a readable format.

Connect to wifi-password feild invalid?

I'm trying to connect to my parents wifi on my kindle fire and it won't let me. Its not telling me the password is incorrect, but rather the connect button is grayed out so I can't click on it and when I hit enter is pops up a messege that says "password feild invalid".My smartfone can't connect either.My devices connect on my home network with no issues and my fathers computer has no trouble but he doesn't know what to do about connectinf my devices. Any ideas anyone?
