Is a pimple? Bump right in middle between anus and butt crack?

I have no pain unless I though it and no blood in my stool. I was just wiping today and noticed it. I look in the mirror and it looks like a zit it was really white at least the diameter of a pea but not big and inflamed maybe smaller than a pea. But then I got in the shower and washed my butt crack and it popped I'm pretty sure it's not white anymore just red. Now it kindle hurts and it's getting itchy. Now the past few days I've been pooping a lot more than usual and wiping a little hard and just last night I was sweating really really bad down there.
Added (1). I'm wondering if it's a pimple or something else!
