We have a book coming up for release and are hoping to get it on the Amazon bestseller list for its specific category. It is up for kindle pre-order but there is not a pre-order for the physical copy of the book. My question is: is there a separate bestseller list for Kindle than for just Amazon bestseller (category specific bestseller list)? Do sales of Kindle/ebooks count toward the Amazon bestseller list? Or do they only apply to Kindle/ebook specific lists?
