This is one for you typographical fascists out there.
I'm trying to edit my book for Kindle (KDP) and I've noticed a lot of books I like have equal-spaced ellipses but they don't seem to break at the end of a line. Every guide I've come across online seems to suggest adding the default Word ellipsis or html tag which certainly works and is "sticky" but the full stops are squashed together. There must be a way!
