I'm looking for a tablet monitor, or tablet computer, that can be used for sketching with a stylus or such, even if that involves downloading an app etc.
I must be able to:
1) Use multiple layers.
2) Open existing images downloaded from my main PC to draw & write over them.
3) Save & load my work, to e-mail sketches to my main PC.
4) Rest my hand on the screen as I sketch.
I've been looking at the Acer Iconia A1, and the Kindle Fire, neither of which have much information regarding their response time or program functionality.
My budget is £200.
Added (1). Note: I do NOT want a standard graphics tablet. I can't use those things.
It's got to be one with a screen.
