I'm trying to find an ipad app where I can see and highlight both pdf and kindle books. If not then a good e reader app where I can organize my pdf's for university by course or something. I'm looking for a good ereader app where I can highlight pdf's and organize them.

Added (1). Also if it could read many other formats. Like Word and stuff.
