Ok, my Kindle Touch (fourth generation) had dropped on the floor and when I turned it on, it had lines all over the screen. I went on Google searching for answers. I clicked on Amazon (Kindle Troubleshooting) But Amazon didn't help much either… I went on different sites but they all said the same thing as Amazon… Do I just need to buy a new Kindle Touch battery or is their another way? If I have to buy a new battery, could you explain to me how to remove the cover, the battery, and replace it with a new one?
