I just purchased an app from amazon.com and I can't seem to download it to my sons kindle fire. I already went to cloud tab and I don't see it there? Also when I want to purchase an app from the store I click on the orange button and it tells me an error was encountered try again later. One more how can I redeem my free 500 coins amazon said every kindle fire owner was going to get? Please help!
