Can't decide between Blurb, SmashWords, CreateSpace, etc.and would like the best percentage return but also easiest to upload files. Anyone have tech issues with one and not the other? Delays in payments? Also SmashWords seems to be reaching out to more retailers? Go with Kindle directly or via Smash, Blurb?
